MARK obtained a bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 1982. He then graduated from law school at BYU in 1986, where he was managing editor for the journal of Legal Studies. He began his legal career as the prosecuting attorney for Sandy City, where he gained extensive trial experience. He then went into private practice where he developed a specialty in all types of personal injury cases. He is a member of the state and federal bar associations as well as the Utah Association for Justice, a group devoted to the service of people injured in accidents. He has previously served as a volunteer chairman of the Taylorsville City Ordinance Review Committee. He and his beautiful wife, Natalie, are the proud parents of five children, and seven grandchildren so far.
NATASHA has been Mark's assistant for nine years. She focuses on writing settlement letters for personal injury cases. She has worked as a peer advisor in the communication department of the University of Utah and as the Director of Membership at the Utah Association for Justice. She recently completed an internship with the Utah State Legislature and received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Utah. Her six children are the miracles keeping her grounded, focused and inspired.
TESSA has been working with Mark for seven years. She enjoys taking care of the day to day tasks, communicating with clients, filing court documents, and keeping Mark organized. She has also worked as a patient care technician at Center for Change and feels passionately about protecting mental health. She recently received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Utah. She hopes to spend her "free" time hiking, reading, and traveling.
